Our experience with Scott and his team was nothing short of exceptional. After my fiance accepted a teaching position at UPEI, we were quickly thrust into the unfamiliar process of selling our first family home. “Unique” was the word we heard most frequent when interviewing agents, as my partner and I had made several personal aesthetic as well as functional updates throughout the home. Little to compare it to in the area, we received a range of pricing suggestions from other agents, paired with varying degrees of confidence and enthusiasm. It was all daunting to say the least as we tried to educate ourselves and navigate the unpredictable market. Scott came highly recommended from a friend, and didn’t miss a beat from the second we met him. Incredibly personable, vivacious, enthusiastic, educated in his field, attentive, so when he presented the most aggressive asking price we were incredibly confident that he could help us achieve this goal. It was overall a great match as he seemed to truly appreciate the value of the home and the thought that had gone into the small details. Over the next week, Scott stopped in to check on our progress of getting the house ‘show ready’, dropped off boxes to get a jump start on packing and eliminate the clutter, offered use of their personal storage and I don’t doubt that he would have gotten muddy in the gardens if I had asked. The creative photos, video, pamphlets, signage, social media, website attention were all professionally done, with a quick turnaround. He was available for advice practically any time, and even lent insight into the purchase and terms of our new home. It was such a sense of relief to know that we were in very capable hands. Long story short, with showings booked back to back for the first three days straight, we received practically a full offer less than 24 hours on the market. Relieved is an understatement, as now we can enjoy time with family and friends before the big move out east. We cannot thank him enough for helping make this process as painless as possible.
